Dear all:

Thank you Sister Cerina catching this issue. I have followed with Verizon regarding our service change. I spoke with Michael (888)553-255. He explained that the call-in offer was incorrectly presented. He apologized and removed the service. He said that it was not meant to replace but the freedom was a long distant plan that is in addition to your basic. He agree to remove the “Verizon Freedom for Business” and credit back the cost from its beginning.

He did, however, offer to reduce our original local calling plan if we sign a mutli-year contract to s little as $30 a month.

Also, he asked about our current internet needs and suggested that we update our internet contract.

Currently, we are under a grandfather DSL program with 768Kbps speed.
Verizon Online, Account#02080133429508280, $73.66 a month, last payment made 11/15/08

He said he can update our service to 1.5 Mbps (this doubles our speed) to cost $63.99 and if we don’t need to keep our static address we can reduce the internet cost to $35.99.

Summary:
-The addition phone bill cost has been removed. Cerina how much is our basic phone service cost?
-If we renew our local phone contract for 3years we can have our old local calling plan to $30 a month (no long distance).
-The internet service is outdated. The speed is 768Kbps. The new service would provide 1.5Mbps.
-If we remove our static IP address- its needed for us to host our own website, but since we no longer host our own website we can reduce our internet bill to $35.99. Or if we wish to upgrade to static address the cost would be $63.99.

If we are no longer using the website I suggest we accept the  upgraded DSL internet service for $35.99.

I told Michael we will contact him later with our decision.

Blessings,
Pastor Don

Dear Pastor Don:

Have we put this deal in place yet?  So far I am still paying the old bills.  Would you please give me an update?  Thanks.

Dear all:

This is regarding the new offer from Verizon phone. Below is a side by side cost comparison. IF everyone is in agreement, we can accept their offer. In summary it would save us an estimated $17.95 with our phone service and $15 per month for our DSL (20% discount). The total monthly savings should be ~$32.95.

Blessings,

Pastor Don
