A.    Report to parents & mission team about the rules and reminder. Provide Flora team members’ cell phone no., ID card & insurance card copy.  Parent does not leave his/her youth at the airport until the youth go through the security check-in.  

B.     Rehearsal VBS day 1 program together: 10 min. per station.

2.      7/17 Friday night fellowship

A.        BEFORE dinner, each VBS station does its own final practice.

B.         8-8:30pm Pastor Wang will lead the fellowship.

C.         8:30-9:10pm Rehearsal by each VBS station (5-10 min. per station) to show brothers & sisters.

D.        9:10-9:30pm Assign sleeping bags luggage & VBS material luggage to team members.

E.         Fellowship to be finished by 9:30pm
