Today my friend was talking to me about really random stuff, but there was something that really struck me. He said that no matter how busy or how much work you have on your plate, you have to find rest. Just find a place where you can be calm or do something that you may enjoy like a hobby. I asked God to let me find my resting period for the day, cause i found myself lately constantly studying and reading non-stop. Lord I ask for focus strength and rest
